The Customer Service Desk is located near Big W and you can access any of the following services from one of our friendly Customer Service Officers:

Our two Family Lounges are fully equipped with private feeding rooms, a microwave, as well as junior and adult toilets. High chairs are available in the dining precinct.

Kiddy Cruisers are available to hire free of charge – see the Customer Service Desk, located outside of Big W. There is also Parents with Prams parking available at either end of the Centre, ensuring easy access for Mums and Dads.

Free wheelchair and motorised scooter hire is available with approved ID at the Customer Service Desk, located outside of Big W.

There are four accessible toilet facilities available in Centre and ample disabled parking at either end of the Centre to ensure easy access for all customers.

Runaway Bay Centre is a superior services hub with numerous banking services available.

The following banking facilities (including ATMs) are available throughout the centre:

Join the Heart Foundation Bay Walkers.

Simply register on arrival and have your step count towards discounts, activities, and entertainment.

The Bay Walkers meet at the Customer Service Desk each Wednesday and Friday at 7:20am and walk at a medium pace for 45mins, covering approx. 2km.

Walk Organiser Kathleen will be there to welcome you and answer any questions you may have, and our friendly Customer Service Team will register the walks you participate in at the end of each month.

FREE Wi-Fi is available throughout Runaway Bay Centre, with no time limits!

To connect to the FREE Wi-Fi, please follow the below steps:

1. Ensure your device has the Wi-Fi enabled, turned on and activated
2. Go to the ‘Available Wireless Network Connection List’ as displayed on your device
3. Navigate to ‘FREE WiFi Runaway Bay Centre’ from the list and then select ‘connect’
4. Once connected, you’re ready to browse

The Centre FREE Wi-Fi service is not encrypted, so please ensure services such as banking, e-mail and social networking sites have security.
